What is your favorite Accutrac software feature?
“Among my favorite features, is Accutrac’s ability to integrate with SafeKeeperPLUS (SKP) and other third party records management systems, like O’Neil, which allows customers one records management platform that they can manage through a single UI.”
How long have you worked with Iron Mountain?
“I’ve worked here for close to five years and have close to 30 years of experience in records management. I’ve worked in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and served as a technical subject matter expert over the years.”
The Client Representative Manager role is new for you – what is your vision for the role?
“I really enjoy engaging with the customer and understanding what they need to manage their records. In my new role I consider myself a customer advocate and a resource our customers can use from when they sign their contract through implementation. I want the customers to know they are our top priority and we want to provide them with the best service and solutions possible.”
